Finally the english version! I just tried to fill in the form, but it gave me a WSOD (WhiteScreenOfDeath) after submit… i’m sure you’d like to be aware of that

Are you sure it is a White Screen of Death? That seems very unlikely. It could be however that your browser scrolled down to the white only area. If you scroll up you see the normal page.
That is atleast what happens to me with some browsers.

In regards to the WSOD: Seems to work now… ? Weird? The firsttime i tried i left out some info, now with full name and details it worked flawlessly
